Some of us have done wrong things in the past, and it inevitably haunts us when we try to get help from others. We feel that if we have hurt others in the past, we don’t deserve help anymore. It’s a common feeling but it’s not a right feeling.
Many times we get back our test slip or an examination slip and wonder to ourselves why after trying so hard to do better, we don’t. We start to question ourselves, sometimes leaving us in a state of self-doubt and deadend.
