FamilyTutor will inform you just ONCE before directly liaising with the parent/student.

We will keep track of the progress of each referral. We will reach out to you once the referral is successful or partially successful.

Please refrain from contacting us just to check on the progress. We will do our best for you.

The referral is considered successful only if the student finishes 4 weeks' worth of regular lessons.

The referral is considered partially successful only if the student completes at least 1 lesson and cancels the tuition before completing 4 weeks' worth of regular lessons
STEP 3: 💳 WAIT FOR CLIENT TO MAKE PAYMENT

FamilyTutor will notify you once the referral is successful or partially successful.

We will transfer you the referral fee via PayNow/PayLah using the mobile number that you key into the Referral Form.
STEP 4: 💰 COLLECT REFERRAL FEE FROM FAMILYTUTOR

FamilyTutor will transfer the referral fee to you via PayNow/PayLah using the mobile number that you key into the Referral Form.

For each unique student/parent that you refer to us, we will only share the referral fee with you once.

Frequently Asked Questions About This Referral System
1. Why do we discourage you from contacting us to check on the progress of the referral?
We hope to invest more of our time and effort in helping your referred parents/students hire the best home tutors they can possibly get. By doing so, we are also maximizing the chance of making your referral a successful one. While we understand that sometimes you need to check in to feel assured that your referral is being taken care of, we also kindly urge you to trust us that we will do our best for your referral.
2. Why do we have to wait till the student finishes 4 weeks' worth of regular lessons before considering the referral successful?
FamilyTutor can receive 100% of the supposed agency fee only if the student finishes 4 weeks’ worth of regular lessons.
If the tuition is cancelled before the end of the first 4 weeks, FamilyTutor will receive only a portion of the supposed agency fee because the remaining will be shared with the tutor.
It is only after the first 4 weeks when we can know if we share with you 50% of the supposed agency fee OR 50% of the portion of the supposed agency fee.
4. If a client gets a replacement tutor, will the agency fee collected from the replacement tutor be counted towards my referral fee?
Unfortunately, no.
For each unique student/parent that you refer to us, we will only share the referral fee with you once.
5. Why do we only accept paying out the referral fee using PayNow/PayLah?
We think that PayNow or PayLah is the most convenient and fastest way for us to transfer the referral fee to you.
We value your effort in referring parents/students to us, so we do not wish to delay any payment of the referral fee to you.
