No, it does not. As long as you have helped a student (whether provided by FamilyTutor or other agencies) improve, you are eligible for this award. The number of tuition jobs you got from FamilyTutor DOES NOT affect your chance of winning.

As long as your student attains a better grade under your tutelage, you are eligible for RockStar Tutor Award ® 2024. 

The ‘Before’ grades can be taken from any school/national test or exam done by your student(s) in 2023 or 2024. 

The ‘After’ grades must be taken from any school/national test or exam done by your student(s) who are under your tutelage in 2024. 

It should have a 100- to 300-word write-up to highlight how much you have done for your students to help them achieve those improvements.

If you wish to write more, please feel free to do so. 

You may also include anything else that you think can justify yourself being crowned the Top 20 Tutors of the 2024 and/or being the winner of the $1000 cash prize. 

In Nov & Dec 2023, you will receive an email or Telegram reminder of the existence of this RockStar Tutor Award ® 2024. 

As long as you pay attention to what we announce, you will remember it. 

In Dec 2024, you will receive a link via email to submit your documents to FamilyTutor. 

The winners of RockStar Tutor Award ® 2024 will be announced via email before 25 December 2024 (Wed).

3. Apply for all your tuition jobs with FamilyTutor (can be other agencies as well). 
4. Wholeheartedly be a good mentor to your students, and help them achieve as much grade improvement as possible.
5. Take some time to write a proper appraisal for yourself nearing Dec 2024.

The prospective Top 20 Tutors of the Year & recipient of the $1000 cash prize will be assessed based on two criteria with equal weighting (50% each):

1. Grade improvement of the tutor’s student(s)
2. The quality of the self-appraisal
